1. Operator and beta status
Integrall LLC, Wyoming, United States, operates TG Comments. Contact info@integrall.group for product support or legal@integrall.group for legal questions.
These draft terms concern version 0.5.0, a local-first desktop beta for macOS and Windows. The macOS app is not signed or commercially released through the Mac App Store. Availability, platform support, and features may change while the beta is evaluated.
The draft is provided for review. A final version, an appropriate acceptance process, and any notices required for distribution must be approved before commercial release.
2. License and intellectual property
Subject to the final approved terms, Integrall LLC intends to grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the supplied beta for its documented purpose. No ownership of the app, its branding, or other operator materials is transferred to you.
You retain your rights in your templates and other content. You must have the rights and permissions needed for material you access, submit for processing, or publish. Third-party software and services remain subject to their applicable licenses and terms.
You must not redistribute the app as your own, remove ownership notices, or bypass access and publication restrictions. Any restrictions on reverse engineering must be reviewed against rights that applicable law preserves.
3. Account access and permitted use
You are responsible for your Telegram authorization, the security of your device, and the actions you enable. Use only accounts and publication targets you are entitled to control, comply with Telegram permissions and limits, and avoid spam, deceptive activity, and unlawful content.
The beta can monitor up to 20 public channel sources. Monitoring a source does not grant ownership of its content or permission to submit it to AI. Automatic publication is limited to an owned Telegram target whose ownership and authorization have been verified.
Do not attempt to bypass ownership verification, third-party content restrictions, platform rate limits, or other safeguards. Stop using an account or target when your authorization ends.
4. Drafts, automation, and optional AI
The app offers local templates, manual review, automatic draft creation, and beta automatic publication where authorized. Review generated material for accuracy, rights, tone, and suitability. Enabling automatic publication can cause comments to be posted without reviewing each one.
AI is optional and uses your own OpenAI API key, with separate OpenAI charges. AI may process only permitted content from the selected owned and authorized publication target. Third-party content is blocked from AI processing. Telegram sessions and authentication credentials must not be sent to OpenAI; implementation of this boundary requires verification.
AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. You remain responsible for choosing what to publish and for the consequences of the modes you enable. Use of Telegram and OpenAI is also governed by the applicable provider terms.
5. Beta limitations and availability
The beta may contain errors, lose local state, miss events, or fail to publish as expected. Monitoring depends on the app, network, and computer remaining available; sleep or shutdown may interrupt it. Keep suitable backups and verify important actions in Telegram.
The beta is supplied for evaluation without a promise of uninterrupted operation, a particular result, or continued availability of a feature. Nothing in this draft is intended to exclude mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Final warranty disclaimers, liability allocation, remedies, termination provisions, and dispute terms require legal review. This draft does not establish a specific liability cap or claim that every loss or legal responsibility can be excluded.
6. Pricing and future subscriptions
The pricing page describes planned offers. StoreKit in-app subscriptions, quotas, and a payment gateway are not launched or production-ready. There is no website checkout and this draft does not create a paid subscription.
If Apple subscriptions are introduced, purchase details must be shown before confirmation and subscription management must take place through Apple. Applicable cancellation and refund procedures must follow the actual purchase channel, provider terms, and mandatory law. No additional refund timetable or entitlement is promised here.
OpenAI API usage is separate from any future TG Comments price and is billed under your OpenAI arrangement. Deleting the app or local data does not by itself cancel a provider subscription.
7. Stopping use and final review
You can stop using the beta, revoke service access, and remove local data using the data deletion guide. Previously published Telegram comments and records retained by service providers require separate action.
Before these terms become final, the operator must confirm the license scope, distribution and acceptance process, support commitments, applicable consumer requirements, governing law, and dispute procedures. Material changes should be reflected in a dated version made available to users.
